Our general tolerances for CNC machining of metals is DIN-2768-1-fine and for plastics, DIN-2768-1-medium. Tolerances are greatly affected by part geometry and type of material. At the start-up phase we established a rigorous and efficient quality control department, also we are keep introduce a series of testing equipments to test our products for ensure every product made by us meet customer’s drawing requested。From the day one we keep to following 5 steps for well control the quality of our products.
1: Checking purchase orders of raw material, to make sure the material we bought meet customer’s request.
2: Inspection for incoming raw material, double confirm the material before arrange machining.
3: Before put raw material on the CNC machining center, we need double check the 2D & 3D drawing of the parts, and the difficulties of CNC Machining also.
4: Complete process testing runs through every process of processing.
5: For sure the parts made by AN-Prototype meet customer’s request, during the inspection of finished parts, we will do full dimension inspection and attach the full dimension report with parts for delivery also.
