- 1. What are the surface machining processes of rapid prototyping (handboard)? Polishing, sandblasting, oxidation, spray painting, spraying, electroplating, water plating, silk printing, laser engraving, drawing, passivation, UV coating, anti-rust, black and phosphating.
- 2. What materials can CNC machining? The materials used in CNC handboard are: ABS, PC, POM, PP, acrylic (PMMA), nylon (PA), nylon plus glass fiber, electric wood, aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, copper, stainless steel, iron, etc.
- 3. What processes are included in rapid prototyping? SLA laser forming, SLS laser powder sintering, CNC machining, vacuum injection mold & silicone mould, small batch production (1-1000), sheet metal.
- 4. How many machining methods are there in rapid prototype? Rapid prototyping includes CNC machining, vacuum casting, 3D printing, sheet metal laser cutting and low-volume manufacturing.

- 6. How to deal with it once have quality problems? Analyze the causes of problems and come up with appropriate solutions. If it is routine problems,we will educate the production line staffs and announce the issues to attract their attention. If it is non-routine problems, new operating instructions will be discussed considering problems and solutions. At the same time, we will communicate with customers and arrange for re-make as soon as possible to minimize the loss.
